Geranium oil (Pelargonium graveolens)

Rose Geranium is a wonderful oil – harmonizing, comforting, and balancing. It calms and cools the nervous system, making it useful for treating restlessness and anxiety. It has also been shown to be useful in treating PMS and menopause symptoms.

It also has great skin care properties, balancing sebum production and helping promote healthy skin growth.

It should, however, be avoided during the first trimester of pregnancy.
